fare, our Plus fare, which includes 50% more flight time, or the exclusive use of
the cockpit when you book our Exclusive fare. If you want to fly with up to three
friends, our Family and Friends fare is yours to choose.

You can book vouchers without a flight date online that will make it easy to find a flight date for you.
If you have experience in Full Flight Simulators or a private pilot license, you
can choose any of the Frequent flyer programs. In a Team-flight during the day or during a Night-flight with additional flight time, you enjoy more concise
briefings and many possible flight scenarios to choose from.
If you
want to fulfil a special flight dream, our “Expert” option with free
parameters is yours to choose, and we will create a special flight
experience just for you. Using the optional extra flight time, you can add more levels to your personal flight experience.
This depends on your fare choice. Our beginner’s programs Start and Plus are lower priced options. This is because you share the cockpit
in a group of three or two respectively. Your ProFlight team
pre-organizes flight dates and assembles the flight team for your
flight.
In all other programs you can freely chose to use the cockpit
exclusively or together with your own team of pilots and/or observers.
Yes. Due to safety and insurance restrictions, all participants must be al least 16 years old. Unfortunately this is fixed.
As you will not really lift off but enjoy "flying at flight level zero",
you will not have problems with air pressure or any safety risks. The
simulators also are comparatively easy to enter and use.
But the
usability of Full Flight Simulators has individual factors based in the
disability, and we have managed to fulfil the dreams of flight for a
range of persons with disabilities such as blindness or reduced mobility. Please feel

offers the unique possibility to access Full Flight Simulators. These
are very exact and highly professional tools for pilots and airlines. Building this eqipment comes at another price tag than other simulators, and easily exceeds 15 million Euros.

Yes. We offer almost 50 different simulators that are perfect
representations of all the aircraft models used in European commercial
flights. Whether you would like to fly the current models built by
Boeing, Airbus, or Canadair Regional Jet, we will be able to provide you
with the model requested. You can still fly our "Megaliner" Airbus A380 and, starting in Summer 2022, the Boeing B787 "Dreamliner".

Vouchers
You select your program or fare from our
range, or design a flight using the configurator. You will then have a
choice between a direct PDF version of your gift voucher that you can
print out immediately, and our premium voucher that you will receive by
mail. Giftees can then use the voucher to book a flight date.

You are free to choose whether you receive your individual voucher as a digital printout directly after booking or whether you receive our elegant voucher by post within 2 to 3 working days. Your voucher will be sent right after we receive your payment.

Usually until the end of the following year . If
circumstances like Covid-19 lockdowns prevent us from flying with you, we
will prolong all vouchers by an appropriate amount of time.
Yes. If you did not book a flight date yet, you are free to book any
participant upon booking, if they have reached the age of 16 or older.
If
you have already booked and entered a participant, we still have a
possibility to switch participants. Please contact us in this case. The
same applies to observing participants as well.
Check-in
Yes. Access to the security zone of all Lufthansa Aviation Training
Centers is secured by verified accreditation using your ID documents. To
access your ID data, LAT uses digital access information via QR codes.
The process is similar to airport check-ins.
To get access to the security zone of the Lufthansa Aviation Training
Centres, you have to use LAT’s website as per the instructions in your
flight date booking email. You will find the exact procedure described
in your email containing the CQ code creation link.
Please check your emails and also refer to the spam / junk - folders of your
email program. If you can’t find the QR code anywhere, please contact
your ProFlight team via mail or give us a call.
You have to sign in using your personal QR-code and your ID document (ID card or passport). You will also need another personal document or card such as a drivers license as a deposit for your visitors ID, that will be handed out on location. You cannot use your ID card for this. You do not have to bring your voucher.
The official briefing time is the start of your program. Our pilots will greet you at the entrance of your Lufthansa Aviation Training Center (LATC).
Beforehands, you should identify yourself using your personal QR-Code and your ID. This procedure does not take long, but you should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your briefing time.
Legal
Unfortunately this is not possible. Due to safety
restrictions, no audiovisual recordings such as videos and photos are
allowed during the flight. Our pilots will take a picture for you that
will capture your flight experience.
In case of cancellations or rescheduling from your side our terms of service are the basis for any proceedings. We know that getting sick is not
your choice, but we will have to forward the cost of cancellation to
you. The basic question is whether or not we still have time to change
booked flights with LAT. We are also users of Lufthansas services and
are bound to contracts. Please refer to our terms of service for more
information.
