Amelia Earhart as the first person crossed the Pacific between California and Hawaii on a solo flight - a distance far longer than Lindbergh's flight across the Atlantic. And in the early 30s the legendary Elly Beinhorn flew around the whole world with her tiny Klemm that she called her "flying carpet".

Many other women like the daring test pilot Hanna Reitsch and jet pilot Beate Uhse also ensured that aviation never became a male domain. In the tradition of these famous ladies ProFlight offers a worldwide unique experience flight program: the simulator flight in a women's crew of three, tutored by an experienced female Lufthansa pilot.
